ARC is a non-profit agency serving persons with Mental Retardation and other developmental disabilities and their families. Services include infant child home care assistance, early intervention, pre-school and respite. Other programs include summer camp, school programs, year-round community integrated recreation, adult day care centers and residential programs. ARC also has a respite program for autistic children. ARC operates in locations throughout Essex County.
